In 2020, we joined forces with powerhouses Triple Crown Corporation and Weathervane Capital Partners to create the Triple BAR Group. Triple BAR Group specializes in the acquisition and disposition grocery-anchored retail shopping centers. BAR portfolio consists of grocery-anchored shopping retail properties. Over the last two decades, Triple BAR Group has acquired, developed, managed, and sold hundreds of commercial assets, primarily located on the U.S. East Coast, predominately in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
